Bug Fixes:

Other Changes:
    * added PIM folder create/delete facility
    * reworked (X)FB trigger handling
    * reworked thread-safe (de)initialization
      and serialization of accessor functions in
      various objects
    * do not do a full sync with the Kolab server
      at startup, but folder-wise as we access them
      (still in need of a user-triggered sync request
      as Evolution/Evolution-Data-Server infrastructure)
    * bind the translation text domains as the
      evolution-kolab modules are loaded
