Bug Fixes:

Other Changes:
    * added Kolab PIM folder autodiscovery
      (re-using Kolab credentials supplied
      when creating a Kolab e-mail account)
    * rework of authentication handling
      (now done similar to the other groupware
      backends)
    * implemented infrastructure for folder
      create/delete operations (work in progress),
      so evolution-kolab can act as a stand-alone
      Kolab client
