    * adapted to upstream account management
      changes (work in progress), added a
      "collection" backend and config backends
    * rewrite of mail account configuration
      (replaced EPlugin with EExtension)
    * adapted to upstream Camel settings
      changes, use Camel infrastructure for
      settings handling
    * added infrastructure for mail account
      data re-use (for PIM backend configuration)
    * much code reorganization to aid the
      adaption to the upstream changes
