Bug Fixes:
    #669699 - Building on 64bit harder to do
              (Milan Crha, Christian Hilberg)

Other Changes:
    * implemented synchronization conflict resolution
      dialog (for user interaction in the cases where
      evolution-kolab backends detect a PIM sync
      conflict)
    * implemented Kolab folder (mail and PIM) context
      menu, which provides a tabbed window for folder
      metadata management and folder access control
      management (Kolab folders only)
    * extended the Kolab PIM types configuration dialog
      (for new addressbooks, calendars, memo lists and
      task lists) to provide for re-use of already
      configured Kolab email accounts and autodetection
      of PIM folders existing on the server
    * updated Camel provider (and derivative) to
      current E-D-S master, much internal cleanup
