* Fix a crash accessing the Uuid property of active VPN connections
* Allow disabling the built-in crash backtrace functionality
* Allow building with out PolicyKit
* dnsmasq local caching nameserver plugin cache size bumpted to 400 entries (from 150)
* Ensure IPv6 static routes are flushed for manual configs too
* IPv6 RAs are now accepted when forwarding is configured
