* Value:
  - Adapt to null value changes in libgda.
  - This means that you should not have static Gda::Value instances,
    because the constructor needs the GType system.
* Build:
  - Ignore warnings about long long, with --enable-warnings=fatal.
  - Remove now-unused GLIBMM_EXCEPTIONS_ENABLED ifdefs.
