Gio:

* Added ActionGroup.
* Application: Large API changes to match the changed C API.
* DBusConnection: Reorder the parameters in the
	constructors and create methods so that the DBusConnection flag
	parameter has a default value.
* DBusProxy: Added get_cached_property().
