    [HC-svg] Fix canvas size for dialog-question

    Quick hack based on video-display icon, could be good in future
    review this icon, video-display and screensaver one in order
    to differentiate them in a better way

    [HC-svg] Re-draw audio-input-microphone
    Previous one had wrong canvas size and different appearance. I choosed
    to re-draw from scratch using the same appearance (old talk radio)
    used on phisical jack, gnome-icon-theme and moblin icon theme.
    More works could be needed

    If I'm right, this icon should be used by gvfs (hal and gdu) when you
    plug an USB thumdrive. Could be good check it...
