	Define LARGEPRINT_DOCUMENTS_FONT and LARGEPRINT_WINDOW_FONT
	and use them in index.theme.in.in to set recently added
	DocumentsFont and WindowTitleFont keys (see gnome-control-center
	bug #504250 for details about those keys).

	This means that now all GTK+/GNOME managed fonts on screen will
	use the same family and size when you choose to use suggested
	font by *LargePrint* themes.

	Updated, simplified a little.

	Removed low contrast icon theme, which incurs high maintenance
	for little benefit at present.  Will hopefully reinstate some
	of its functionality with a low contrast engine instead in future.
