Version 0.1.2
* Initial Avatar support from Telepathy and EDS
* Internal object model for Banter was cleaned up.  The presence engine
  was eliminated and events are now provided on ProviderUser objects.  All
  managers can now deal with Person objects and much of the work the
  Application was doing is now handled in Managers.
