 - Many improvements

* Win32 port:
 - Inconsistent checkboxes are drawn correctly now

* GtkBuilder:
 - Ship a Python script, gtk-builder-convert, to 
   convert glade files to GtkBuilder syntax

* GtkFileChooser:
 - Improved display of the time column
 - Support search on OS X, using Spotlight

* GtkTreeView:
 - New function gtk_tree_view_is_rubber_banding_active() to
   check whether rubber banding is active

* GtkVolumeButton uses the range 0.0 to 1.0, and
  correctly adapts tooltips to display percentages
