* Correct constructors, after fixing the underlying libgda source code:
  ParameterList, 
* Query: Renamed is_modif_query() to is_modify_query().
* Added Query, QueryFieldField, QueryFieldAll, QueryFieldValue, QueryCondition,
  GdaQueryTarget and explained them in the tutorial.
