* Build:
  - Omit the atkmm dependency from the gtkmm pkg-config .pc file 
  when atkmm was optionally disabled. (Rémi Cardona)

  - Added --enable-api-maemo-extensions configure option, 
  to optionally provide C++ wrappers for the additional GtkTextBuffer
