Epiphany Extensions 2.17.4

Changes:

	* Adblock has now an UI (in-progress work)
	* Page info now shows if a media/link is blocked (if Adblock is on)
	* Add gconf schemas to smart-bookmarks extension
	* Remove frame around the adblock icon, to make it look like the other
	items
	* Fix for mozilla API change
