	* Automatically fetch the cover image on Internet for CDs the user
	  never setted the cover before.
	* Display elapsed time and estimated remaining time in the ripping
	  progress dialog.
        * Display the track number and the total number of tracks in the
          titlebar.

	* Removed the Stop button from the toolbar.
