The patch I made to config.h was a very specific patch to bring it  
into line with the file system hierarchy of the fink package system.   
I didn't do a more general patch to make it respect the Makefile, as  
I don't know how to do that.  The rest of my patch simply modifies  
the Makefile to line it up with the very specific fink file system  
policy.
