Welcoming the new GNOME Foundation Membership Committee members

Membership,

the Membership Committee is proud to announce two new volunteers are
currently joining its ranks. They're Marco Barisione and Pascal
Terjan, both well known and long standing GNOME contributors.

Both Marco and Pascal have been taking part to the team's workflow
since a few months already providing valuable suggestions and opinions
to the tickets they personally processed.
