It looks quite good for the most part. I would change:
"Users should not rely on centralised services."
to:
"Users should not rely on centralised services that do not provide
control, knowledge, and freedom."
Otherwise it's really the OwnCloud manifesto. ;) But I think it's fine
for GNOME to sign.
