Hi Sindhu!
The general question of visa reimbursements is still being discussed on 
the board list, together with the travel committee. Because of that, it 
was decided to not have that on the agenda for our phone meeting.
Yes, the visa reimbursement for the West Coast Hackfest was issued, as 
the majority of the board (but not all) voted in favour of this.
