Google Code-in 2013 begins November 18th



Just a heads-up: Google again runs GCI this year.

If anybody considers organizing this for GNOME:
We would need at least 40 tasks, and minimum 5 in each of the
categories: Code, documentation, outreach, QA and UX.
And committed mentors.
