Meg, that sounds like a great idea.

I think we have decided on Montreal since we have a volunteeer.  You will need to do a venue that will support 35-50 people.

Just a suggestion, perhaps the next year's location should be bid on and announced during the current year's summit like GUADEC is.  That would make it much easier to plan for budgets, etc.
