GNOME trademarks

Hi all,

While browsing the USPTO trademark database (as you do...) I found the
GNOME trademark:

and also this second live GNOME trademark:

The second one is interesting!

I don't suppose someone living near Salem in Oregon has seen GNOME
hazelnuts flying around local farmer's markets or health food stores,
