We are looking for a consultant with a successful track
record and expertise in the following areas:
Platform porting experience of webkit or mozilla
Architecture & design of any commercial grade browser
components
Contributions to any of projects: KHTML, KJS, mozilla,
fennec, gecko, webkit, Safari, Android webkit, google chromium, openwave,
opera, trident
The ideal candidate must posses extensive knowledge of HTTP,
SSL, curl, HTML, XML, XHTML, CSS, DOM, _javascript_, W3C specs.
Linux & mobile development exposure.
Extensive knowledge of windowing systems/toolkits (GTK, QT)
& graphics (cairo,
skia, openGL).
Parsing, tree aglorithms, lex/yacc.
End to end browser architecture.
Highly Desired Background:
Achieved "webkit committer" or "webkit
reviewer" status
Experience as module owner or a peer in mozilla browser
For Webkit/GTK/Cairo somebody who have experience working
with platform porting of Graphics, advanced UI, contribution to GTK or DirectFB
or Cairo would be also acceptable
