Gran Canaria tickets: Now is a good time

Hi all,

I just blogged about GUADEC 2009, and when you should consider buying
tickets. Short answer: now is good.

You should plan to arrive on the 3rd of July, and depart on or after the
11th. We're still working out the content, but we'll be starting with a
bank on the 4th, and for people who need to leave early, we will likely
be in BOF + themed sessions + hackfests mode from Tuesday through Friday.

Tickets are cheapest now, I think. Good airlines for cheaper flights are
Spanair, Air Europa, EasyJet. For those of you coming from North
America, Europa is in Skyteam, so NWA, KLM or Air France might be good
airlines to look at for a cheaper package. Note I am not a travel agent,
though, so I don't really know.

For those who have already decided you're coming this year, please buy
your tickets this month. From next month, prices will rise as people
plan their Summer holidays.
