Unfortunately, exact dates are not certain yet, we're trying to fix the
date as soon as possible, all I can say is that it'll be most probably
in July. I'll announce the dates as soon as they get fixed. 

Since we're requesting venue with no cost at all (apart from
night-shift requests, if there will be any), we need to  wait official
approval from University council which takes some time.
