Issues with paypal at the end of last year

Hi everyone,

We have had some problems with PayPal at the end of 2005: some donations
could not be confirmed due to problems with our PayPal accounts.
Everything is now back in order.

It also affected GIMP, since we're keeping money for the GIMP project on
our bank account.

This means that for a few weeks, donations for GNOME and the GIMP were
not accepted. We're sorry if some of you donated and were returned the
money without a good reason.
