(One of the reasons I responded so quickly was that I was hoping to avoid
the usual "heard it all before" debate about this topic. If anyone has
points to raise for the board to discuss, certainly post to the list, but
please don't argue about opinions posted on this thread - we have, quite
literally, heard it all before.)
