Reducing Board Size Referendum - Instructions sent

Hi all,

We have just sent the instructions for the referendum. Every member who
can vote for the referendum should have received an e-mail with
instructions explaining how to vote.

If you have not received your e-mail, please first verify that you are
eligible to vote by looking at the list of voters:
http://foundation.gnome.org/referendum/2005-10/voters.html
Right now, it seems there are ~15 mails that were not successfully sent.

If you are not on this list and think you should be, please send an
e-mail to elections gnome org explaining your situation.

If you are on this list and if you have not received the e-mail, then
write to elections gnome org to get a new e-mail.

Below is the timeline for the referendum. Please note that we pushed
back the date for the end of the voting period to accomodate the delay.
