I would have loved to have chatted about this. I did a specification for
this about this time last year.

While considered over-engineered by some, I think it's provably secure.

A number of the original drawbacks I had identified can now be resolved.
There are nowadays existing IP anonymising services, and the other
problems should be easily solved.

Just another proposal thrown to the wind. I see this implemented as a
stand alone application, after all... this is GNOME!
