    - Timothy Ney arranged a meeting with Open Source Goverment Team

The use of the term "open source" is especially unfortunate in a
Spanish-speaking country, where the term "software libre" is normally
used (and cannot be misunderstood as "gratis").  Can we do anything to
make these officials aware that this is something deeper than just a
"development model" for producing powerful, reliable software?
