I believe that you can choose any number up to 11.  Although I think if
everyone did that it might pose a problem when it came to tallying the
votes so I would encourage you to vote for all 11 if you can if for the
sole reason that we need 11 candidates to be on the board not have to do
conflict resolution later if votes turn up lacking.
