The gnome-foundation list is not really the place for these sort of
questions. I suggest you try the general gnome-list at:
http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gnome-list

You could also try the gnome-turk list, which is for Turkish gnome
users, I expect that they might have advice for you.
