Hi everyone,

Thanks Maciej for listing me among the folks that you'd like to see 
continue on on the board.

The thing is, I don't feel I've been a particularly useful board member 
as of late.  A good chunk of that has to do with the fact that I'm 
currently living in Seoul (I've been here since July) and so feel 
detached from most of the GNOME community.  But another part of it is 
that, especially now that Tim Ney is on board, the things I was able to 
help with (mostly organizational stuff) are being taken care of.  

Because of that, and because I've missed every single board meeting 
since July (due to the time zone difference - I can't really meet at 3 
am), I don't think it makes sense for me to continue on as a board 
member, so I will not be running for election this year.  I hope to stay 
involved with the GNOME community, I feel pretty positive about the work 
we've gotten done this year, and will continue to help out where ever I can.
