I've put together a really simple site that's in draft form that should
get us through the elections (it's linked from http://www.decrem.com)
and have asked Elliot to make a dns entry for foundation.gnome.org for
that (that way it's easy for me to maintain for the next month or so).
Then after the election, we can put it into CVS and integrate it with
the GNOME site.
