Re: Corporate affiliations

Hi Etienne,

Very interesting script. The take aways for me were:
- 13% of Helix and Eazel votes came from people associated with those
companies.
- Votes coming from Helix and Eazel accounted for 8% and 7.4% respectively
of the total votes cast
- The numerical influence of people affiliated with other companies (RH, Sun
etc) was negligible.
- While voters without corporate affiliations cast 23% an 21% of their votes
respectively for Helix and Eazel, Helix and Eazel-affiliated voters cast
something like 33% and 40% of their votes for candidates affiliated with
their company.

In view of the number of key Gnome hackers employed at Helix and Eazel, the
influence here doesn't feel disproportionate to me.

The interesting thing will be to compare this year's numbers against next
year's elections. I'm curious to see how corporate influence in the
elections will change as Gnome gains more corporate acceptance and support.
