Reminder: Voting closes Wednesday night, 11/8

Attention registered voters:

This is just to remind you that voting for the initial Board of
Directors of the GNOME Foundation closes at 23:59, Pacific Standard
Time, Wednesday, November 8. Votes received after that time will not
be counted.

If you have already voted, thank you; if you have not yet voted, you
should have received a second copy of your ballot earlier today. If
you have not yet received a ballot and believe that you are
registered to vote, please contact elections gnome org IMMEDIATELY
and resend your message every 12 hours or so afterwards until you
receive a response. (Before doing so, please verify that your
address as reflected in the membership list (http:// is correct and a working
address (other than the standard no_spam munge). If it is not,
advise elections gnome org of a working address.)

The elections committee recommends that you submit your ballot as
soon as possible, rather than waiting until right before the
deadline. Ballots which are received after the deadline will not be
counted, even if the reason for their lateness is entirely out of
your control, such as network problems.

Finally, please be sure that you send your ballot to vote gnome org;
we have been receiving some ballots at elections gnome org, but we
are unable to process ballots received at that address.

If you have any questions regarding the election, please contact the
elections committee at elections gnome org
