Why is it clear? I've seen only a very small number of posts here
saying that, and none of them recent. How does this become "most
people." (Honest question Alan, I don't see evidence of that, and if
you have, please bring it up. Or I hope that the people who have this
view will post to the list, instead of declining to participate in the
discussion and complaining later.)
And all we're doing by LWE is a say-nothing incorporation document and
some statement of the general intent of the foundation. The election
of the board and approval of the bylaws are both after LWE.
