Apache dual licensing?

Maybe one thing the GNOME Foundation can do in the immediate future is to
talk to the Apache Software Foundation to see if Apahce can license its
software under the Apache license and the GNU GPL? That will make integrating
GNOME and Apache technologies much more easily (like Mozilla is currently doing)
The GNOME Foundation definitely knows connections to the Apache leadership...
