   * Most board members haven't read these yet; deferred.

 * LAS travel request [5 minutes] (Rob)
   * Rob: I originally booked my travel to LAS expecting that we'd have the board hackfest there, and therefore didn't request travel sponsorship. I am in fact speaking on a panel on behalf of the board, so I would like to request to use the Foundation travel policy.
   * Neil: That doesn't need board approval; I can approve it.

 * Announcements
   * Allan: Next session will be a working session.
     * Philip: If we don't all have to be present in the same session, then I'd rather do my part later in the day instead of at 7:30.

     * Allan: I will send around an email with topics to work on.
