In case you missed it, the two relevant deadlines for the 2018 GUADEC bid submissions are:

Intentions to bid: Monday, April 17, 2017

Formal bid: Sunday, June 4, 2017

For the intention to bid, all you need to do is add your information to the 2018 bid wiki page [1] and send a quick email to board-list gnome org letting us know that you're working on a bid. You can find more information on the wiki page.
