0.8 is not on PPA and import of subdirectories?

Hi,

I am using Ubuntu 10.04 and I have been using the PPA to keep f-spot upto date. 
f-spot 0.8 does not appear to be on the PPA. Is that a "feature" or a bug?

Also, with  f-spot 0.7.3, when I import photos, it only goes through one order 
of subdirectories, it does not recurse properly. Older versions did not create 
this problem for me. 


Any suggestions?
