0.7.0 problem: opens new windows

Hello!

I have an odd bug with 0.7.0.  When I right-click on a Tag to create a
new sub-tag, a duplicate F-Spot window opens, but everything is grey. 
The drop-down I expected is overlayed over the new F-Spot window, so it
seems that in creating the drop-down, it also creates a new window, but
this window does not work.
