Is there a rubberbank in F-spot?

Is there a rubberband feature in F-spot? Rubberband is the common file
manager action of placing the cursor off any item, clicking and
holding the left mouse button, and dragging across items to select a
rectangle of items. I cannot seem to activate this feature, however, I
am using F-spot 0.5.3 in a machine that does not have Gnome installed,
so I may be missing some features.
