Shared database or tag export import

Hi F-Spot fans,

I really like the changes in F-Spot recently, a heart felt "well done"
and "thank you" to all the developers.

Here is something I would really like to see.  My wife and children all
share the same photo folder on the hard drive.  It would be great to be
able to share the database between us.  Right now I tag all my photos
and no one else can see that.  

If we could store the database in the same common folder that the photos
are in we could share all the tagging information.  Or possibly we could
have a function that would easily allow export and import of tags.

I've mentioned this type of feature to a number of people and every one
thinks it's a great idea.

I also think it may be relatively easy to have a private import as well
so one could share a common set of photo's but also have a private set
in your own home directory.  Exporting and importing tags would probably
work for this as well.

Basically we need a way to share a all photo's and tags in a common
folder.
