Tag Filter Logic

i am pretty new to using f-spot, i have imported about 13,000 photos thus far.  today i was trying to filter a list of photos with tags and noticed that the logical operator is 'or' when adding more than one tag to the filter bar.  is there a way to switch it 'and'?
