There's a temporary need of glib-sharp svn. This is (in some way) going
to be resolved in few days.
If you're starving at compiling, get 
svn co svn://anonsvn.mono-project.com/source/tags/gtk-sharp/2.12.1
compile and install it. Then you'll be able to compile f-spot again.
