Recently on #f-spot there was a discussion on HDR and pano stitching.
Here is just a followup:

SharpTone is a .NET library for creation, loading/saving and tone
mapping HDR images. Version 0.9 available.

SharpStitch is a .NET library for creation of panoramic image mosaics.
Version 0.9 available.
Could be useful for those brave people wanting to add these features to F-Spot.
