autogen problems

Hi Guys

I am having problems with autogen on my fresh installation of Gutsy.

installed subversion
removed the trunk directory
checkout a fresh f-spot copy.
installed libtool
Got the build-dependencies
and then ./autogen.sh --prefix=/home/bengt/unstable/f-spot
--disable-scrollkeeper

---> config.status: creating src/f-spot
---> config.status: error: cannot find input file: Makefile.in

Appreciate some hints and tips on this one...
