Bug or expected?

Hi

When searching using the bottom search bar (activated with /), the
search will return also the tags CONTAINING the text inserted, not
only the selected tag!
I mean, if I enter "io" as search query the resulting pictures will
have the "io" tag but also the "cio" tag, "abciod" and so on.

Is this expected? Shouldn't it be by tag search?
