Those are 2 different bugs.

The second one is caused by some Google API changes and is now solved
for months. The fix is not present in the 0.3.5 but debian, ubuntu and
Suse backported it to their 0.3.5 packages.

The first one looks like a platform (gtk-sharp bindings) bug, but should
be caught in the svn version.

If it only happens when there's no keyring and is reproductible, you
should report it to bugzilla.gnome.org (product f-spot). Package
maintainers are doing a great job but often forgot to report bugs
upstream...

And, so you know for the next time, the correct place to report bugs is
_not_ the mailing list but bugzilla.gnome.org (product f-spot)
